No. We handle contractor and vendor management for you. Our team coordinates maintenance professionals, obtains estimates, oversees repairs, and follows up to ensure work is completed properly and efficiently.
Owners receive monthly disbursements of collected rent after management fees and approved expenses are deducted. Detailed financial statements are provided no later than the 15th of each month.

Our management fee is 10% of gross monthly rent. This includes day-to-day management, rent collection, maintenance coordination, tenant communication, financial reporting, and ongoing property oversight.
